99aba is strictly for players aged 18 and above. Creating an account when you are under 18 is a breach of these terms and your account will be closed without notice if this is discovered.
Each person may hold only one active 99aba account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and any bonuses obtained through multiple accounts will be forfeited along with any associated winnings.
All account balances, deposits and withdrawals are handled in PKR. Supported methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer. Processing times and minimum amounts vary by method.
All promotions and bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and other conditions stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is fully met.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player", "you") and 99aba ("the platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the website at 99aba.app and all associated mobile applications, games and services.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the 99aba platform, you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. Your 99aba account is personal to you. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your login credentials, whether or not it was carried out by you directly.

Account balances represent the value of funds deposited by you plus any credited winnings and bonuses, minus wagers placed and withdrawals made. Balances are held in PKR and are not transferable between accounts or to other players.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you and is registered in your own name. We do not accept deposits from accounts held in third-party names and any such payment identified will be returned and the associated account reviewed.

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Bonus balances that have not yet completed their wagering requirement are not available for withdrawal.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. In all other cases, including voluntary closure requested by the player, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's last used withdrawal method following standard processing procedures.
